I stayed here mid July 2024 to attend a wedding at the hotel. First impression was the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. Second was the room. It had great view, the temperature was easily adjusted, the shower was very nice, and the bed comfy. Then I enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The food is a notch above, even the room service. Don't skip the food at the hotel. The wedding itself was beautiful and super fun. This hotel has a great spot for that at the top floor.

This hotel was our first stop on vacation and we were so grateful they allowed us early check in at 6 am (after flying all night). As Diamond members, they also upgraded us to a corner suite as an added bonus. The breakfast buffet was good, and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant one of the nights.

Excellent hotel with a phenomenal staff. Such a modern, cool vibe to this place. Make sure you eat dinner at the restaurant it's one of my favorites I've tried. Hats off to the chef! We ate there both nights of our stay. Try the tomato soup, 🍅 it is crazy good. The rooms are big, views through the cleanest windows are great, and the location is in a clean, safe part of town right across from the tallest building in South America. 5 min walk to the gondola for a nice view of Santiago and the surrounding valley. There's also free parking.

We had an excellent stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and very patient with us when we had issues with our payment. The hotel looked modern and was clean with nice views, with a restaurant, cafe and terrace area too. The location was also excellent, quiet and safe but close to the shopping mall and Parque Metropolitano.

You are in the middle of EVERYTHING!! Bus and subway are right out front. Underground free parking! Early free coffee every morning at the front desk! Rooms are CLEAN with small refrigerator. 24-hour fitness center with working machines! Free "welcome drinks" and fresh baked cookies upon check-in. Staff speaks English! On-site restaurant with remarkable fresh salads, and the Bar has an incredible "mixologist" (she speaks English) and tasty pizzas 🍕 are available while you enjoy your cocktail 🍸.

The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. It had a safe, mini-fridge, and charging outlets next to the bed. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with a hand wand. There was good water pressure in the shower. The floor of shower was slippery but it had a grab bar that you could use for safety. The room had a nice view. When you get to your room, make sure you know how to unlock the entry door locks before you have to leave the room. If I remember correctly, it's the top lock first, then the bottom lock but check to be sure. The hotel offers room service. There is a restaurant on site. Hotel front desk staff was efficient, particularly Sebastian who was polite, friendly, and helpful. Mario at concierge was very friendly and took the time to learn about my travels and my interests. Both Sebastian and Mario provided excellent service. I would stay there again.

Stayed here on two separate nights and very much enjoyed both stays. Without having to ask, we were upgraded to a suite on both stays. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our departing flight was in the evening, the front desk staff gave us a late check out so that we could still freshen up before our long flight. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel. Stayed a couple times and the staff was very please and helpful, wonderful service. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and generally quiet. Bathroom was appointed with sufficient amount of toiletries and a spacious shower. The breakfast was great with a selection of delicious goodies. Location is central and within walking distance of shopping and a lot of restaurants. Wonderful experience.
